Thank you for stopping by to share the  passion I have for capturing special moments in nature. 

As a child, I was fascinated by my father’s ability to spot lady slippers peeping up from under the leaves or a bird’s nest virtually hidden from view.  Some of my fondest memories are of walks with him in the East Tennessee mountains and finding those treasures in the woods. 

I was born in North Carolina, grew up in Tennessee and have lived in Michigan most of my adult life.  I currently live in Brighton and am always ready for new adventures in photography.

Observing creatures in the wild and learning their behaviors have been a life long joy for me.  My photography focuses on the beauty around us and expressions in nature that are often overlooked by the casual observer.
